Lollipo no.2 is the fourth edition to the Tasty Treat Series. Originally drawn with colored pencils on 4x6 Lux Archival sanded paper. My thoughts behind this piece was to really capture the texture of the plastic. This particular style of lollipop reminded me of my trips the bank with my Grandmother when I was a kid. The bank tellers always gave us these pops. Even though this piece is small, it took me several weeks of deep focus to capture the color changes with each turn and twist of the plastic as it played over the colorful candy.
You can enjoy this artwork which comes in a 4x6 Giclee print. This run of 30 Limited Edition print comes signed with a letter of authenticity.
